Algomo on Qualtrics

This is a demo on Qualtrics's public website. Qualtrics is not an Algomo customer.

Booking a meeting: Qualtrics's current chat (Qualified) and Algomo.

Qualtrics's current chat (Qualified) tested on 21 September 2026, in a new session on Qualtrics's pricing page. It may work differently today. The Algomo column is the video above.

What this demo shows

Co-navigation
The agent opens the right page of the site beside the chat.None of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 opened a page for the visitor.
Live answers
The agent looks up each answer on the brand's live site as it is asked, so nothing is out of date or made up.
Widgets
Cards in the chat the visitor can use: comparison tables, filters, stock and store checks, cost calculators.4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.
Enrichment
The agent looks up the company and role behind a work email, so the visitor types nothing else.
Qualification
The agent checks the company against the fit rule, such as its size.
Routing
The agent sends the visitor to the right next step: a thank-you, the right team's calendar, or a person on the team.
Meeting booking
The right team's calendar opens in the chat and the visitor picks a time.

What happens in the video (2:44)

  1. Co-navigationA visitor who runs hotels and spas asks which package fits. Algomo opens the pricing page beside the chat and points them to the package the page names for hotels.
  2. WidgetsThey ask to compare it with Digital. Algomo reads both product pages and sets the two side by side in one card.
  3. Live answersThey ask what it will cost. Algomo answers from the live pricing page as they ask, even when the honest answer is that it depends.
  4. Live answersThey ask about ISO 27001 and deleting a guest's data. Algomo opens the security page and answers from it as they ask.
  5. QualificationOnly when they want to talk to someone does Algomo ask for a work email.
  6. EnrichmentAlgomo looks up the email, finds a small hotel, and checks with the visitor that it is right.
  7. QualificationThe hotel is below the sales team's size rule, so it gets a polite thank-you and no calendar.
  8. EnrichmentThey give a different work email. Algomo looks again and finds a larger group.
  9. RoutingThis lead fits, so Algomo routes it to the mid-market team's calendar in the chat.
  10. Meeting bookingThey pick a time and the form fills itself in. Nothing is booked until they confirm.
