Sales ROI calculator
Your pipeline today, and your pipeline with an agent answering the buyers nobody gets to. Side by side on your own funnel rates, with no uplift assumed and nothing you type leaving your browser.
What the conversations you miss are worth
Algomo does not assume it makes your funnel convert better. This calculator works only on the sales conversations you tell it nobody currently gets to, out of hours, in a queue, or abandoned on a form, and runs them through the rates your own team already achieves.
Your numbers
The buyers somebody actually talks to today.
Out of hours, in a queue, abandoned on a form, or simply more than the team can reach. This is the only demand the model works on, so nothing below claims a buyer you were not already going to get. It starts well under the number your team handles, because a calculator that opens by assuming most of your buyers go unanswered has already made its own case for you.
Starts at 76%, the average resolution rate Fin publishes about itself across more than 12,000 customers, on a product it sells for inbound sales as well as support. It is their number, not ours. Algomo publishes no resolution rate.
Your current rate, on the conversations your team already has.
Your current rate.
First year, not lifetime.

How this is worked out
- Conversations the agent takes = the ones nobody gets to today, times the share it finishes without a person.
- Meetings it books = those conversations times your own conversation to meeting rate. Your team's meetings are unchanged.
- Pipeline a year = meetings booked in a month, times average deal value, times 12.
- Closed business a month = meetings times your own meeting to close rate, times average deal value.
- Algomo a month = the smallest plan whose credits cover the conversations it takes, at 5 credits per useful conversation. Free covers a handful, Business runs from $50 to $4,300, above that it is Enterprise.
- Added revenue = closed business with Algomo, minus closed business today, minus Algomo.
Where each number comes from
Three kinds of number go into the answer, and they are not equally trustworthy. This is which is which.
| The number | Whose it is | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Sales conversations your team has | Yours | It is the Today column. Your own meetings and closed business are worked out from it, and it is what the right hand column is measured against. |
| Sales conversations nobody gets to | Yours, and it is the whole model | Everything the calculator claims comes from this one figure. If you cannot put a number on it, the honest answer is that this page cannot help you yet, and the thing to do first is measure it. |
| Share it finishes without a person | Fin's, published about itself | Fin reports 76% averaged across more than 12,000 customers, on a product it also sells for inbound sales. Treat it as the best case any AI support vendor will claim in public, not as a forecast for your buyers. |
| Conversation to meeting, and meeting to close | Yours | Your current rates, applied unchanged to the new conversations. The model does not assume an agent qualifies better than your team, only that it gets there. |
| Average deal value | Yours | First year, not lifetime. Lifetime value here is the fastest way to a number nobody will believe. |
What this will not tell you
That these buyers were definitely lost. The model treats every conversation you say nobody gets to as demand that goes nowhere today. Some of it comes back on its own, rings the phone, or fills the form a second time. If you think a share of it converts anyway, take that share off the missed number before you read the answer, because the calculator will not do it for you.
How well an agent qualifies. It applies your own conversation to meeting rate to the new conversations, unchanged. That is a deliberate refusal to claim an uplift: Algomo publishes no conversion lift, and the calculators this one was drawn from all start from a vendor-supplied one. The single rate the page does start from is Fin's, published on their own homepage as an average across more than 12,000 customers and read there on 2 September 2026.
What a meeting is worth before it happens. Closed business here is meetings times your own close rate times your own deal value, so it inherits whatever optimism is already in those two numbers. If your close rate is measured on hand-picked opportunities, it will not survive contact with a queue nobody was answering.
Whether the Algomo line holds at your size. It is the smallest plan on our pricing page whose credits cover the conversations the model says the agent finishes, and above $4,300 a month it says Enterprise, where the rate is custom. If the answer here is close to the line, the version worth having is the one we do with your actual numbers.
Questions, answered
How is this worked out?
Every line of it is printed under the comparison, in order. There is no step held back and no uplift multiplier hiding in the middle of it. You can reproduce both columns with a calculator.
What happens to the numbers I type in?
Nothing. They are worked out in your browser as you type and never sent anywhere. There is no form on this page, no email box, and no report to download. Close the tab and it is gone.
Am I guaranteed to see this?
No. This is arithmetic on figures you chose, using a rate a competitor publishes about itself. It is a way of thinking about the size of the prize, not a forecast, and nobody should treat it as one.
Why is there no uplift assumption?
Because we would have to make one up. Algomo publishes no conversion lift, and a calculator whose headline depends on a number the vendor chose is a brochure with sliders. Working only on the conversations you already miss keeps every figure traceable to you or to a named source.
How does it work out what Algomo costs?
From our pricing page. Each conversation the agent finishes is a useful conversation and costs five credits; the model adds them up and picks the smallest monthly amount whose credits cover them. Conversations that go nowhere cost nothing, and there is no per-seat fee, so the line is the whole bill.
