An inbound AI SDR that qualifies visitors and books meetings
Algomo works your website the way a good SDR would. It greets the buyers worth greeting, answers before it asks anything, qualifies in the conversation, and books the meeting on the right rep's calendar, at any hour, with the whole exchange handed to the rep.

Problem
Your best buyers leave before the form is read
Most of the people worth talking to never announce themselves. They read the pricing page, open a comparison, check whether you integrate with the thing they already run, and go. The ones you hear about are the few who filled in a form, and by the time a rep opens it the visit is a day old. The pipeline is not the leads you captured. It is the ones you never saw.
Silent traffic
The buyers reading your pricing and comparison pages leave no trace. You learn what they wanted from the handful who filled in a form, if at all.
Late first reply
A lead waits in a queue while the buyer carries on shopping. The question was answerable at the moment they had it, and only then.
Calendars full of the wrong calls
A booking link schedules anyone who clicks it. Reps spend the week on calls that were never going to close while the ones that would are still browsing.
Cold starts
The form hands over a name and an email. The rep opens the call by asking what the visitor already told your website twice.
Solution
Qualified in the conversation, booked before they leave
One agent doing the whole first half of the job: the greeting, the answer, the qualifying questions, the calendar and the write up. Nothing is gated behind a form, and nothing is retyped by a person afterwards.
Knows the account
Identifies the visitor's company and opens with something that fits who they are and what they are reading.
Answers first
No form in front of the answer. The question gets answered, and the qualifying happens around it.
Shows rather than tells
Opens the integration page or the plan comparison and works it with the buyer, on your live site.
Qualifies in conversation
Asks the questions you set, in the order you set them. One email address fills in the company, its size and the role.
Books the real calendar
Offers times from the right rep's Google or Outlook calendar and books there and then, with working hours, buffers and the video link handled.
Files the whole exchange
The lead lands in your CRM with the conversation attached, so the rep starts where the chat left off rather than at hello.
Open the conversation on what they were reading
Most of the buyers worth talking to never click a chat bubble, and a greeting that says how can I help earns nothing. Algomo runs in the visitor's session, so it knows the page they are on, the pages they read last week and, at company level, who they are. The opening line is about the plan they were comparing, not about itself.
- Opens on the page and the plan they were actually reading
- Company-level identification, so the greeting fits the account
- Earlier visits in view, so nothing is asked twice
- Suggested replies, so the buyer never has to compose the first one
Work the page with the buyer, not around it
Every other agent in this field answers about your website. Algomo uses it: opens the integrations page and filters it to the thing they already run, puts the plan comparison side by side, applies the code, fills in the form they just dictated. When showing is faster than explaining, it shows.
That is a mechanical difference, not a tone of voice. Requests come from the buyer's own browser with their own session, so what the agent sees is their prices, their region, their trial.
- Opens and works your real pages, in the buyer's session
- Reads what your own pages read, so the answer is your live data
- Answers first, and asks its own questions around the answer
- No platform app to install, and no copy of your site to keep in sync
Book real times from the account owner's calendar
Not a scheduling link mailed out and opened on Monday. Algomo reads territory, round robin and the account owner out of your CRM, offers the times that rep genuinely has free, and holds the slot inside the conversation. Working hours, buffers and the video link are handled, and the rep opens the meeting already briefed, because the qualifying answers went to the opportunity with it.
- Google and Outlook natively, with working hours and buffers
- Territory, round robin and the account owner, read from the CRM
- Answers, pages and objections written to the opportunity
- A no show chased, and a stale meeting rebooked, without a person
Qualify and route buyers on your rules
What should happen to a buyer depends on who they are, and you are the one who decides it. Algomo takes the rules the way you would give them to a rep, in plain language, and applies them in the conversation: who gets calendar time, who goes to which rep, who gets alerted, what it must never say.
Including the visitor who does not qualify. They still get their question answered and the lead is still filed with the reasons attached, because the thing that costs you nothing is an answer and the thing that costs you a quarter is a rep's Tuesday.
- Your criteria, asked in the thread and recorded with the answers
- Routed to the owner, or alerted to them, on your own rules
- Changed by describing the change, not by filing a ticket
- Buyers who do not qualify are answered, never stonewalled

FAQ
Questions, answered
What it is
What is an AI SDR?
An agent that does the first half of a sales development rep's job on your website: it greets the visitor, answers what they actually asked, works through your qualifying questions in the conversation, and books the meeting with the rep who owns the account. Everything after the meeting is still a person's job.
How does an AI SDR compare to a human SDR?
It is not the same trade. A person is better at a hard conversation and at everything that happens after the first meeting. An agent is better at being there: it answers at two in the morning, on the fortieth identical pricing question, at the same standard, and it never has a queue. Most teams end up with the agent taking the volume and the reps taking the conversations worth their time.
What is the difference between an AI SDR and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers about your website. Algomo works it. It runs in the visitor's own browser session, so it can open the integrations page and filter it, put two plans side by side, read your live limits and entitlements, fill in the form the buyer just dictated, and hold a real slot on a real calendar. A chatbot describes where the button is.
Getting started
How fast can I get it running?
Point it at your site and you can talk to it the same afternoon. What takes longer is not the setup, it is deciding what should count as qualified and who each kind of buyer should go to, and you can change both of those later by saying so.
What does it cost?
You pick a monthly amount and it buys credits: a conversation that actually helped someone costs five, one that went nowhere costs nothing, and the amount is the most any one charge can be. There is no overage: run out early and you renew early, or wait for the month to turn. Every number is on this site's pricing page.
What results should I expect?
We do not publish a number, because we do not have one we can stand behind for your site. The honest measures are these: how many conversations happen that no form would have caught, how many of those meet your own qualifying bar, how many become meetings that are kept. Run it against your live data before a buyer sees it and you can judge the first of those in an afternoon.
Qualifying
How does it handle lead quality?
It qualifies against the criteria you set, and it records why: the questions asked, the answers given, in the buyer's own words. A rep can read the reasoning and disagree with it. Buyers who do not qualify still get their question answered, they just do not land on a calendar.
Can it tell which company a visitor is from?
Yes, through company-level enrichment. One email address is often enough to fill in the company, its size and the visitor's role. How a buyer from a large account is treated is up to you.
How do you know a lead's email is real?
It does not pretend to. The lead is handed over exactly as the visitor gave it, alongside what the enrichment found about the company, so a rep can see in a glance whether the two agree. Verification codes are on the roadmap, not in the product.
What happens to visitors who do not qualify?
They still get their question answered, and nobody is gated behind a form. They just do not land on a rep's calendar.
Forms and follow-up
Does this replace our forms?
It catches the people who were never going to fill one in. Keep the form if it works for you: when someone submits it, Algomo can pick the lead up on the spot and carry on in conversation.
Can it shorten our forms?
Yes. Ask for the email and let enrichment fill in the rest. Fewer fields means more completed forms, and the lead you get is still a complete one.
How quickly is a new lead followed up?
The meeting is booked and the lead filed in the same conversation, not hours later.
Meetings
What calendars does it book into?
Google and Outlook, natively. It respects each rep's working hours and buffers and attaches the video link. No separate scheduling tool.
How is this different from a booking-link tool?
A booking link schedules anyone who clicks it. Algomo qualifies first, routes to the right rep, and books in the conversation itself, so the calendar only fills with buyers who meet your criteria.
Can it hand a conversation to a rep live?
Yes. When a conversation should not wait, it hands over with the full exchange attached, so the rep starts at the buyer's real question.
Your systems and your rules
Does it integrate with my CRM?
Over its HTTP API: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or anything else with an endpoint we can call. The lead arrives with the whole conversation attached rather than as a name and an email. A CRM sits behind a login, so connecting it is a setup step we do with you, not something the agent discovers on its own.
What about privacy and what it is allowed to do?
You say what is out of bounds the way you would brief a colleague, and it holds, and it says so when it will not do something. Company-level enrichment is firmographic rather than personal. Every change to what it may do is staged with a diff you read first, and the version history holds what it was before.
Does it capture leads outside business hours?
Yes, it qualifies and books around the clock. A rep joins live only when you want one to.
