  1. Live answersThe visitor asks for a queen under $2,500 for a side sleeper. Purple's queen range opens beside the chat, and Algomo reads every price from Purple's live site.
  2. WidgetsAlgomo's comparison card lines up the three, so they decide in the chat.
  3. Proactive messageThey open the PurplePlus mattress page on Purple's own site. Algomo speaks first, without being asked: the Purple Adjustable Base in queen is $699, with one button to see it.
  4. Live answersThey ask if it will work on a slatted bed frame. Algomo reads Purple's pages as they ask and gives Purple's rule for the gap between slats.
  5. Co-navigationThey ask about the trial, and Algomo opens Purple's returns page beside the chat, with the answer on it.
