What this demo shows

Live answers
The agent looks up each answer on the brand's live site as it is asked, so nothing is out of date or made up.
Widgets
Cards in the chat the visitor can use: comparison tables, filters, stock and store checks, cost calculators.4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.
Proactive message
The chat speaks first, without being asked, when the visitor opens a page, and picks up what they chose earlier.

What happens in the video (1:56)

  1. WidgetsThe visitor taps for gyms near their Manchester postcode. PureGym's Manchester page opens beside the chat, and the three closest gyms land on a map, each with a photo and its starting price.
  2. WidgetsThey ask to compare all three. One card sets them side by side, plan by plan, with prices from each gym's own page.
  3. Proactive messageThey click Manchester Urban Exchange on PureGym's own page, and the gym page loads. Algomo speaks first, without being asked: Plus at that gym is £36.99 a month plus a £14.99 joining fee, with one button to see it.
  4. Proactive messageThey open the Classes tab on PureGym's page. Algomo already knows their gym, so it speaks first with today's first class there.
  5. Live answersThey ask about free parking and 24-hour opening. Algomo answers from the live site: yes to both.
  6. Live answersThey ask about freezing their membership. Algomo opens PureGym's help article and answers from it: on Plus, freezing is free before charges start.
