About Nike

Nike sells sportswear and trainers worldwide. This demo runs on its UK online store, where one search for a shoe like the Air Force 1 returns hundreds of results.

What this demo shows

Co-navigation
The agent opens the right page of the site beside the chat.None of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 opened a page for the visitor.
Live answers
The agent looks up each answer on the brand's live site as it is asked, so nothing is out of date or made up.
Widgets
Cards in the chat the visitor can use: comparison tables, filters, stock and store checks, cost calculators.4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.
Routing
The agent sends the visitor to the right next step: a thank-you, the right team's calendar, or a person on the team.

What happens in the video (2:37)

  1. Live answersThe visitor types what they want. Algomo opens Nike's results beside the chat and picks three from Nike's live site as they ask, so no price is out of date or made up.
  2. WidgetsThey ask to narrow it down, and Algomo gives them a filter card. They set a price limit and tick sale in the chat, and Nike's sale page opens beside it.
  3. WidgetsThey ask to compare the first three. Algomo lays them out in one card, with a photo and a price for each, in place of a pile of open tabs.
  4. Co-navigationThey open one from the chat, and Algomo opens that shoe's page beside it, so they never lose their place.
  5. Live answersThey check which sizes are left. Algomo reads that shoe's stock from Nike's live site, and selects an available size on the page.
  6. They ask about returns and get the policy at once, without hunting through help pages.
  7. RoutingThey ask for a person about a refund, and Algomo routes the chat to Nike's team, so a refund never gets stuck with a bot.

Not in this demo

  • It does not add to bag or check out.
  • The returns answer comes from stored policy text, because Nike's help pages block automated reads.
  • The video ends at the handoff message. It does not show a person taking over.
