  1. WidgetsThe visitor taps to save £10,000 with instant access. Algomo sets Nationwide's two instant access accounts side by side with today's rates from the live site, and notes that this is not advice.
  2. Co-navigationThey pick the Flex Instant Saver, and its page opens on Nationwide's site beside the chat.
  3. WidgetsThey ask how a one-year fixed bond compares. The bonds page opens, and three fixed options sit side by side: more interest, but the money is locked away.
  4. WidgetsThey ask what a £300,000 home with a 10% deposit would cost a month. A card reads Nationwide's live mortgage rates and shows an estimate, marked as an estimate, not an offer.
  5. WidgetsThey slide the deposit up, and the monthly payment drops.
  6. Co-navigationThey tap to open the mortgage calculator page, and it opens beside the chat.
  7. Proactive messageThey open Compare our mortgages on Nationwide's own page. Algomo already knows their home's price, so it speaks first with that page's rule on when a rate is secured.
  8. Live answersThey ask what a flat bought in Greater London some years ago is worth now. Algomo opens Nationwide's House Price Index and gives a current area estimate, not a valuation.
  9. Live answersThey ask how long switching a current account takes. Algomo opens the switching page and gives the timing from it.
