[ b2b demo ]
Algomo on BCG
BCG is a global management consultancy. This demo runs on its public site, where a goal like cutting supply chain cost meets thousands of publications, case studies and experts, and ends in a meeting with BCG's team.
We added Algomo to BCG's public website ourselves, without any help or setup from BCG, and recorded a visitor using it. The prices, stock and pages in the video are BCG's own, as the site showed them that day.
This is a demo on BCG's public website. BCG is not an Algomo customer. BCG did not make or endorse this demo.
Don't believe it? Open the live demo and ask: “We need to cut supply chain cost. What does BCG offer?”
Try Algomo on BCG yourselfWhat the recording shows
7 things Algomo does on BCG's site, each with the moment it happens.
Live answers
They type their goal: they need to cut supply chain cost. Algomo searches BCG's live site as they ask, opens the results beside the chat, and a Picks card lines up the capability, the case studies and the articles with their dates.
Widgets
They browse the picks on the stage, every one live from BCG's site.
4 of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 showed a card in the chat.
Co-navigation
They open the top pick. The supply chain capability page opens beside the chat and Algomo sums it up from the page.
None of the 47 competitor bots we tested in September 2026 opened a page for the visitor.
Qualification
They tap Talk to BCG about this. Instead of a contact form, Algomo asks for one thing: a work email.
Enrichment
They type it. Algomo looks the company up and confirms who it is talking to: a British motorcycle maker of about fifty six people.
Routing
They confirm. The company is inside BCG's band of fifty or more, so the calendar of BCG's supply chain team opens right in the chat.
Meeting booking
They pick a time and Algomo fills in the form. Nothing is booked until confirm is pressed.
What the assistant can do on BCG's site
The assistant on BCG's site is built for one job: take a transformation goal to BCG's own expertise and evidence, and on to a meeting. It searches the live site, shows the picks beside the chat, opens the page you choose, finds the people behind the work, and books a time with BCG's team from a work email.
Find BCG's thinking on your goal
State a goal in your own words. The assistant searches BCG's live site and opens the results beside the chat: capabilities, case studies, publications and experts, each with its type, date and summary, read from the search page as you ask.
See it in the demoNarrow to case studies or one industry
The picks card carries chips for the content types and industries present in the results, with their live counts. Tap one, or say it, and the assistant searches again with that facet and redraws the card.
See it in the demoOpen the page and ask about it
Pick a result and its page opens beside the chat. The assistant answers from that page: the authors, the date, the takeaways, and never from memory.
See it in the demoFind the experts behind it
Ask who works on a topic. The assistant searches BCG's people with that topic and shows each expert with role and office, exactly as the site lists them, with a button to open their profile.
See it in the demoIt reads only BCG's public site and sees nothing behind a login. The meeting lands on a demo calendar, never with BCG. Confirm is never pressed on camera: no meeting is booked and no invite is sent. The email belongs to a real person who is public in that role; its username is blurred and the domain stays readable.
Questions before a call
Is BCG an Algomo customer?
No. These brands are not Algomo customers, and they did not make or endorse these demos. We added Algomo to their public websites ourselves, without any help or setup from them. Prices, stock and reviews come from the website at that moment, so they change from day to day. Nothing is bought or booked in the videos. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.
How long until it is live on our site?
One snippet and a URL. The agent reads the pages the site already serves and builds its tools from the endpoints those pages call. Systems that only staff can reach are connected with help, on Business and Enterprise.
Where do the answers come from, and what happens when the site changes?
From the live page and the site's own APIs, called in the visitor's session. A watchdog watches every connection and rebuilds a mapping when a redesign breaks it, so the next answer reads the changed page.
What does a conversation cost, and what does a failed one cost?
A conversation that actually helped someone costs five credits. One that went nowhere costs nothing. The plan sets the monthly credits, there is no overage, and no charge is ever added to the amount picked.
Who can change the agent once it is live?
AI agents, over MCP, from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and anyone in the dashboard. Every change is staged in a session with a diff and saved in one step, so a person sees what changed before it is live.
What happens when a visitor needs a person?
Handover is built in. The person on the team gets the whole conversation, and escalation routing is set up with help on the Business plan.
What data leaves the visitor's browser?
Connectors run inside the visitor's own session, so their prices, region and basket stay where they are. Enterprise plans add a DPA, retention controls, SSO and a security review.
Can the same test run against the chat we have today?
Yes. The same questions to the current chat and to Algomo, on the site, with the site's own pages as the referee, the way this recording was made.
