Upsell
The agent offers a relevant add-on, at the price the site shows, once the visitor has chosen.

What happens in the video (2:17)

  1. Live answersThe visitor types a budget: iPhones under £1,000. Apple's iPhone shop opens beside the chat, and Algomo reads each price from Apple's live site as they ask.
  2. WidgetsAlgomo's comparison card lines up the three models, so the buyer decides in the chat, not in open tabs.
  3. UpsellThey pick one and its buy page opens. Algomo offers AppleCare+ for that exact model, once, at the price on Apple's page.
  4. Live answersThey check pick-up near a Manchester postcode. Algomo checks each store on Apple's live site as they ask.
  5. Live answersThey ask what Apple would give for their iPhone 13. The trade-in range comes from Apple's live site.
  6. Co-navigationThey tap to see it, and Algomo opens Apple's trade-in page beside the chat.
  7. Live answersThey ask about returns. Algomo reads Apple's returns page as they ask, and opens it.

Not in this demo

  • It does not reserve, buy or check out.
  • The visitor does not add AppleCare+. The video shows the offer only.
  • The trade-in value is a range from Apple's page, not a quote for a specific phone.
