What happens in the video (2:39)

  1. Live answersThe visitor asks for a blackout roller blind, 120 cm wide by 150 cm drop, fitted in the recess, under £60. Algomo prices blinds at that size on Blinds 2go's live site and shows two in a card: the Toledo at £42.09 and the Sevilla at £53.80.
  2. Co-navigationThey tap the Toledo, and its page opens beside the chat with 120 × 150 cm and recess fitting already set.
  3. Live answersThey ask to compare the Toledo and the Sevilla at their size. Algomo reads both from the live site and lines them up: price, fabric, and the safety device the Sevilla needs.
  4. WidgetsThey pick the cheaper Toledo in the comparison card, and its page stays open with the measurements set.
  5. Live answersThey ask about delivery. Algomo answers from Blinds 2go's site: £9.95 under £250, free above, and £7.95 extra for next working day on blinds that offer it.
