A Squarespace chatbot that answers from your live site
Algomo goes live from Squarespace's code injection panel. It reads your public pages and the data they load, answers visitors in web chat, and hands over to a person when it should. No extension to install, no block to place on each page.
What it needs from you
A URL and one script tag. Browse your site once with our extension and it records what your pages load: the pages themselves, the blog, and the products, services or events your pages fetch to fill themselves. The agent builds its own tools from that and answers from the live site, so the price on the product page is the price it quotes.
Anything a signed-in customer or member can already see on your site, the agent reads in their own session. Anything only your staff can reach, we connect with you.
Where the script goes on Squarespace
The widget is a single script from cdn.algomo.com. In Squarespace it goes in the Code Injection panel, in either the Header field, which is injected into the head tag on every page, or the Footer field, which is injected before the closing body tag on every page. Code injection is available on the Core, Plus and Advanced plans and on some legacy plans; the Basic plan does not include it.

What it can do
What can a Squarespace chatbot do beyond a contact form?
Answer from your pages, products and posts as they are right now, walk a visitor to the right page, book a slot in a Google or Outlook calendar, and hand over to a person with the transcript. Your team is notified by email and Slack.
Does it work with products and bookings on Squarespace?
It works from what your pages load. Products, availability and prices that your pages show to a visitor are what the agent reads, live, in that visitor's session. Anything only your staff can see in the dashboard we connect with you.
Does it send emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages?
No. It is web chat on your site, and it stops when the visitor leaves. It notifies your team by email and Slack; it does not message visitors on other channels.

Is there a Squarespace extension to install?
No. One script tag in code injection puts it live on every page. There is nothing to connect, approve or keep updated, and no block to place on each page.
Does it work on every Squarespace template and version?
Yes. It reads what your pages serve, not the template, so an older template and a current one behave the same way once the tag is in.
What happens when we redesign or switch templates?
The tag stays in code injection, and the agent picks up the changed pages and repairs whatever mapping broke.

What does it cost on a Squarespace site?
You pick a monthly amount and it buys credits: a conversation that actually helped someone costs five, one that went nowhere costs nothing, and the amount is the most you can be charged, so growing traffic alone never raises the bill.
