An inbound AI SDR that qualifies visitors and books meetings
Most of your traffic will never fill in a form. Algomo works your website the way an SDR would: it greets the buyers worth greeting, answers first, qualifies in conversation, and books the meeting on the right rep's calendar, at any hour.

One conversation, start to finish
Greet
Algomo identifies visitors at company level and does not wait to be spoken to: it opens with a greeting that fits who is on the page and what they are reading. A submitted demo form can start the conversation too, picked up on the spot instead of queued.
Welcome back. Exploring pricing for your team? Ask me anything, or I can book time with Maria, who covers your region.
Answer first
No form in front of the answer. The visitor's question is answered before anything is asked of them, and when a buyer wants to see rather than read, Algomo opens the right page and works it with them, on your live site.
Do you integrate with Salesforce?
Natively, yes. I have opened the integration page so you can see the setup.
Answer firstQualify
Algomo asks the qualifying questions you set as part of the conversation. One email address is enough to fill in the company, its size and the visitor's role, so your forms can shrink. And it can verify the address by sending a code and asking for it back.
Book the meeting
Not a link to a scheduling tool. Algomo offers times from the right rep's Google or Outlook calendar and books there and then, with working hours, buffers and the video link handled. Your rules pick the rep: region, company size, urgency.
File it, or hand over live
The lead lands in your CRM with the whole conversation attached, so the rep starts where the chat left off. When a conversation should not wait, it hands to a rep live. And buyers who do not qualify still get their answers, just not calendar time.
I have passed our conversation to Maria. She will see you Thursday at 11:00, invite and video link on their way.

Questions, answered
Does this replace our forms?
It catches the people who were never going to fill one in. Keep the form if it works for you: when someone submits it, Algomo can pick the lead up on the spot and carry on in conversation.
How is this different from a booking-link tool?
A booking link schedules anyone who clicks it. Algomo qualifies first, routes to the right rep, and books in the conversation itself, so the calendar only fills with buyers who meet your criteria.
What calendars does it book into?
Google and Outlook, natively. It respects each rep's working hours and buffers and attaches the video link. No separate scheduling tool.
Where do the leads go?
Into your CRM over its HTTP API: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or anything else with an endpoint we can call. Connecting it is a setup step, not discovery, since it sits behind auth; the lead arrives with the whole conversation attached.
How does an AI agent qualify leads?
In conversation. It answers the visitor's question first, then asks the qualifying questions you set and routes on the answers.
Can it tell which company a visitor is from?
Yes, through company-level enrichment. One email address is often enough to fill in the company, its size and the visitor's role. How a buyer from a large account is treated is up to you.
Can it shorten our forms?
Yes. Ask for the email and let enrichment fill in the rest. Fewer fields means more completed forms, and the lead you get is still a complete one.
How do you know a lead's email is real?
Algomo can verify it in the conversation: it sends a code to the address and asks the visitor to type it back before the lead is filed or the meeting is booked.
What happens to visitors who do not qualify?
They still get their question answered, and nobody is gated behind a form. They just do not land on a rep's calendar.
How quickly is a new lead followed up?
The meeting is booked and the lead filed in the same conversation, not hours later. The average business takes 42 hours to respond to a new lead; that gap is the pipeline.
Does it capture leads outside business hours?
Yes, it qualifies and books around the clock. A rep joins live only when you want one to.
Can it hand a conversation to a rep live?
Yes. When a conversation should not wait, it hands over with the full exchange attached, so the rep starts at the buyer's real question.
What does it cost?
You pay per useful conversation, not per seat, and chat is unlimited. The model is on the pricing page.
