Algomo vs Delight

Delight is Sendbird's AI agent for support and sales, built for contact centres and sold through a demo. The split is the door in: Delight publishes no price and offers no trial; Algomo has a free plan and a price you can read.

Like for like

Every Delight cell was read from delight.ai and sendbird.com on 3 September 2026; the sources section below links each claim.

Where Delight wins

A contact centre on NICE CXone, ServiceNow or Salesforce should take Delight seriously. It carries one customer's memory across SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-app chat and voice, and it hands a conversation into those queues with the context attached. We answer in web chat on your site, we have no voice channel, and escalation into your helpdesk is something we set up with you on Business and Enterprise, not a native queue.

Words in their dashboard, or your own coding agent

Delight's Builder is a harness: a Persona, a Knowledge base, Actionbooks written in plain language, and Boundaries. No code, no chart, just words, as their page puts it. Algomo is also plain language, but it lives where your team already works: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude, over MCP, or our dashboard. And the connectors are not a list to wire up; the agent discovers the endpoints your own pages already call.

A price you can read before the call

Delight's pricing URL leads to an essay on consumption, outcome and seat pricing, not to a number. Algomo's is one monthly amount you pick, Free, then $50 to $500, Enterprise above. It buys credits; a conversation that actually helped someone costs five, one that went nowhere costs nothing; the amount is the most you can be charged, with no overage and no top-ups.

Where these rows come from

Fetched 3 September 2026, from delight.ai. The AI concierge positioning is on [the homepage](https://delight.ai/); [delight.ai/pricing](https://delight.ai/pricing) returns a 301 to a blog post about AI agent pricing models, and no pricing page exists; the four components, the sandbox and the no-code line are on [the Builder page](https://delight.ai/builder); the connectors and the handoff targets, including Sendbird Desk, are on [the integrations page](https://delight.ai/integrations); the channel list and Voice 2.0 are on [the AI Agent page](https://delight.ai/ai-agent). The model behind the answers is not named on any page we read. Ownership and the $220 million raised are on [Sendbird's about page](https://sendbird.com/about). Questions, answered

We run a contact centre on NICE CXone or ServiceNow. Is Algomo for us?

Probably not yet. Delight routes into those queues natively. Algomo hands over to your team live with the transcript, notifies by email and Slack, and on Business and Enterprise we wire escalation into the helpdesk you use; there is no native contact-centre routing.

Can we find out what Delight costs without a call?

Not from its site as of 3 September 2026: the pricing URL redirects to a blog post about pricing models, and every call to action is a demo or a sales contact. Algomo's numbers are on our pricing page, without a form.

How fast can we compare the two on our own site?

Algomo today, on the free plan, against your live site. Delight after the demo cycle. Run ours while you wait for theirs and judge both on the same questions.
