The retail AI agent that turns browsing into revenue
Stock, sizes, promo codes, delivery and returns are all lookups against your own store. Algomo reads them from the same data connections your product pages already use, and puts the item in the shopper's own basket at the price their checkout will charge.
Take a shopper from a vague idea to a full basket
From the first browse, help shoppers find what they came for, answer the question that is holding them back, and bring back the ones who leave before buying. Because Algomo calls the same endpoints your own product pages call, what it says is in stock is in stock, and what it puts in the basket is priced the way checkout will price it.
- Personalised discovery and product recommendations
- Size, fit and compatibility guidance
- Abandoned basket recovery over chat, email and SMS
- Proactive engagement for high-intent browsers
Keep the sale alive at the checkout and in the aisle
A promo code that will not apply, or a stock question nobody can answer fast enough, loses the sale that was already won. Algomo reads your own promotion rules and your own inventory, so it can say why the code stopped and where the last one in that size actually is. Your shop floor asks it the same questions your shoppers do.
- Promo code and discount support, against your own rules
- Click-and-collect and store pickup coordination
- Real-time inventory lookup across every location
- In-store associates asking the same agent
Turn the parcel that went wrong into the next order
Most customers do not complain when something goes wrong; they just do not come back. Algomo reads the tracking and the order record the moment the question is asked, fixes what it is allowed to fix, and says what it did. New returns window, new courier, new loyalty rule: tell it in plain English and the next conversation follows it.
- Where-is-my-order, answered from live tracking
- Proactive outreach the moment a delivery slips
- Returns and exchanges started in the conversation
- Loyalty balances, tiers and redemptions
Retail results you can measure
From product discovery to returns, the same agent answers the questions that fill your inbox and the ones that decide whether a basket becomes an order.
Peak weeks without peak hiring
It answers every conversation at once, and your monthly amount caps the bill, so Black Friday costs what you chose to spend.
A bigger basket from the same visit
Recommendations come out of your live catalogue, so what it suggests is something the shopper can actually buy in their size, today.
Fewer tickets, lower cost to serve
Where-is-my-order, returns windows and promo questions are lookups. Answered in the conversation, they never become a ticket.
Higher CSAT, and they come back
A delayed parcel that gets fixed before the customer chases it is the difference between a churned shopper and a repeat one.
Three differences, one loop
It connects itself
Algomo discovers the endpoints your store's pages already call. That is why its answers come from live data instead of a help article.
So its actions are real
Because it holds the store's own endpoints, adding to bag means the shopper's actual bag, in their session, at the price their checkout will charge.
And you run it by talking to it
New promotion, new policy, new limit: tell Algomo and the next conversation follows it. You never file a ticket to change your own agent.
Stop offering discount codes on sale items.
Done. The rule is live and the promotions answer now matches it.
Discovery gives it live data. Live data makes real actions safe. Plain-language control keeps the whole thing yours.
Questions, answered
Stock and prices
**Can an AI chatbot check live stock?**
Yes. Algomo reads availability from the same source your product pages do, so it sees stock by size and colour as it is right now. If your site can show it, the agent can check it, and the answer reflects the shopper's own prices, availability and region where your store varies them.
**Will it quote the right price for each shopper?**
Yes. It works in the shopper's own session, so it quotes the price that shopper would see: their region, their currency, their dates.
**Do we need to maintain a product feed or a separate catalogue?**
No. It sells from the live catalogue already on your site, through your site's own endpoints. No feed, no nightly export, nothing to keep in sync.
The basket
**Can an AI agent add items to the basket?**
Yes, in the visitor's own session. Algomo uses the same cart endpoint your Add to bag button calls, so the item lands in the shopper's real basket at the price their checkout will charge, and checkout continues as normal. You decide, in plain language, whether it may do this on its own or only when asked.
**Can it apply discount codes?**
It can apply a code you have given it, against your own rules. Inventing discounts or stacking codes stays out of bounds.
**Does it take payment?**
No. It hands the shopper to your own checkout, and anything that charges a card stays out of bounds. Checkout stays yours, and so does the sale.
Orders and returns
**Can it answer where-is-my-order questions?**
Where we have set up your order system with you, a where-is-my-order runs a real lookup: the shopper hears where the order actually is and your team never sees the ticket. Before that connection is made, it gathers the order details and hands the question to your team with everything attached.
**Can it process refunds?**
Issuing the refund stays with a person. Algomo gathers the details, explains your published policy, and hands the case to your team with the conversation attached, so the shopper never explains twice.
**What happens when it cannot help?**
It hands over to your team with the conversation so far and the work it already did attached, so nothing lands cold and the shopper does not repeat themselves.
What it knows
**How does the agent learn our catalogue and policies?**
You give it your URL. It reads your site the way a shopper would, finds the APIs behind your product pages, and sets itself up from them. Delivery and returns answers come from the policies you have published, so there is nothing to re-enter and nothing to keep in sync by hand.
**Can it recommend products?**
It narrows a vague request down to what is genuinely in stock: that size, that colour, right now. Because it answers from your own catalogue rather than a guess, what it suggests is always something the shopper can actually buy.
**Do you train models on our shoppers' conversations?**
No. Conversations belong to you. We act on your instructions, for your purposes, and your customers' conversations are never used to train models.
Your store
**Does it work with Shopify?**
Yes. It discovers what a Shopify storefront already exposes: the catalogue, stock and the real cart. WooCommerce and commercetools work the same way, and so do custom storefronts, because discovery starts from your pages rather than a plugin list.
**What happens when we redesign the site?**
A watchdog watches every connection. When a redesign moves an endpoint the agent depends on, it notices, rescans and rebuilds the part that broke. You hear about it after the fix, not from a customer.
**Can it handle Black Friday traffic?**
Yes. It answers every conversation at once, and traffic never bills you: only a renewal does, and you decide whether one happens. So the spike itself never raises the bill.
Running it
**Can I change what it says or does after launch?**
Yes, by telling it. A new promotion, a changed returns window, a rule about discount codes: say it in plain language and the next conversation follows it. Ask it what changed this week and it will tell you, with the call behind any answer you want to check.
**How long does setup take?**
Minutes, because Algomo finds the endpoints your store's pages already call and builds its own tools to use them. You can try it against your live data before a visitor ever does. Anything a signed-in customer can already see on your site, the agent reads in their own session. Anything only your staff can reach, we connect with you.
**What does it cost?**
You pick a monthly amount and it buys credits: a conversation that actually helped someone costs five, one that went nowhere costs nothing, and the amount is the most any one charge can be, so growing traffic alone never raises the bill. There is no overage: run out early and you renew early, or wait for the month to turn. Every number is on [this site's pricing page](/pricing).
