The agent that qualifies the buyer and hands your rep a briefed meeting
Most of the people evaluating you never fill in the form. Algomo meets them on the page while they are still reading, qualifies them by talking, answers pricing and security from your live product, and books the right rep with the whole thread attached.
It knows the account before it says anything
By the time a first message could appear, the work an SDR does after the call has already happened. Algomo resolves the company from the network the visitor is on and the domain on their address, reads what your CRM already holds about that account, and adds what they read on their last two visits and what they are looking at right now, because it runs in the same session as the page. Nobody is asked which company they are from, nobody is asked to repeat a question they asked in March, and the opening line is about the thing that stopped the deal last time.
- The company resolved from the network and the email domain
- Owner, open pipeline and closed lost read before the first reply
- Prior visits and this session's pages, both in view
- Two people from one domain kept on one thread, not two leads
Qualified in the conversation, not on a form
A form waits for a fill. A script waits for the question it was written for. The follow-up waits until morning, by which point the buyer has read two competitors and made up their mind. Algomo asks what a good rep asks, in the order a good rep asks it, while the buyer is still on the page: what they are trying to do, what they run today, how many seats, what the deadline is, who else has to agree. What comes out is not a number between one and a hundred. It is a qualified lead with the criteria, the verdicts and the sentences they were said in, so a rep can read why it qualified and disagree with it.
- Discovery questions asked in the thread, never in a field
- Use case, incumbent, seats, region and deadline
- The reasons attached, so a rep can overrule the verdict
- Asked at the moment of interest, not at nine the next day
Pricing, limits and security, answered from the product itself
The questions that stall an evaluation are the specific ones. What does it cost at four hundred seats, what is the rate limit, does it do SAML, where does the data sit, how long do you keep the logs. An agent that has only read your marketing pages guesses at all five, and a guess that turns out wrong at contract stage costs you the deal and the trust with it. Algomo discovers and calls the endpoints your own pricing table, docs and trust pages already call, so what it tells a buyer about a plan or a limit is what the product will actually do. And when showing beats explaining, it works the page with them, because it is running in their session: it filters the pricing table to their seat count, opens the setting they asked about, and starts the trial in the tab they are already in.
- Plans, limits and entitlements read from the live endpoint
- It filters the table and opens the setting with the visitor
- Region, subprocessors and retention, with the source on each
- The trial started in their own session, not described to them
Enterprise to a rep, small to self serve, a customer to their CSM
Most of the people talking to you are not a new opportunity. Some are customers with a broken integration, some are two seats and a card and would rather never speak to anyone, some are writing a comparison post. Putting all of them into the same queue is how pipeline gets clogged and how a paying customer waits four days behind a prospect. Algomo decides in the conversation and routes on the decision: enterprise to the owning rep, small to a checkout it can finish on the page, an existing account to support with the ticket already open and the CSM copied. It also names what it will not do on its own. Custom pricing, a redlined order form, a signed DPA and a completed security questionnaire each need a human owner, so it says so out loud and hands the whole thread across.
- Enterprise, self serve, customer or nobody, decided live
- The owning rep or the named CSM, read from the account
- An existing customer sent to support, not into pipeline
- Pricing, redlines and signatures handed over with the thread
On the right rep's calendar, and the rep already briefed
Booking is the easy half. The half that decides whether the meeting is any good is what the rep knows walking into it. Algomo reads territory, round robin and the account owner out of your CRM, offers the times that rep genuinely has free, and holds the slot inside the conversation rather than mailing a link that gets opened on Monday. Then it writes the meeting up: the qualification answers in the buyer's own words, the pages they read, the objection they raised, the competitor they named and the next step they agreed to, all of it on the opportunity in Salesforce or HubSpot. Nobody on your team types any of it, and the rep opens the record already knowing why this person cares.
- Live calendars, held in the thread, not a link sent by email
- Territory, round robin and the account owner, read from the CRM
- Answers, pages and objections written to the opportunity
- A no show chased, and a stale meeting rebooked without a person
Activation, the stalled onboarding and the churn signal
The agent that sold the account is the one that gets it live. It answers setup questions with that account's own configuration in front of it, walks a new admin through the step they are stuck on, and takes the technical questions that would otherwise sit between support and engineering for a week. It also watches the thing nobody has time to watch: the workspace that was busy in week one and has done nothing since, the connector that failed in silence, the seats bought and never invited. It steps in while that is still fixable rather than at the renewal, and when the answer is a person, the CSM inherits the account and the history rather than a ticket about it.
- Drop off, stalled setup and silent failures noticed, not reported
- Guided setup and walkthroughs against the real workspace
- Technical and account specific questions answered in one go
- The CSM handed the account and the history, not a ticket
What it finishes, and what it hands to a person
There is no regulator drawing the line in B2B, so the line is commercial. What a bespoke term costs, whether a redline is acceptable, what a signature commits you to: those are decisions with money and legal exposure behind them. The agent runs everything up to that line, including the parts nobody is awake for, and stops there holding the whole thread rather than a form fill.
Who is this
The account resolved and read before the first reply, so nobody is asked to type a company name your CRM has held for two years.
Are we a fit
Use case, incumbent, seats, region and deadline asked in the conversation, and kept in the words they were said in rather than as a score.
What does it cost
Plans, limits and entitlements read from the endpoint your pricing table calls, so the number a buyer is given is the number they get charged.
Is it secure
Region, subprocessors, retention and SSO answered from the live configuration, with the source named on each line rather than a claim.
Can I talk to somebody
Territory and ownership checked, the rep's real calendar offered, and the slot held inside the conversation rather than mailed as a link.
Sign this, and price it specially
It does not. A redlined order form, a bespoke term, a signed DPA or a completed questionnaire goes to a named person with the whole thread.
What a B2B go to market gets out of it
The same agent works the top of the funnel and the accounts you have already won, which are the two places a B2B number actually moves.
Pipeline out of the traffic you already have
The people who read three pages and left without filling anything in are the largest audience you own. They are worth more converted than the next paid campaign is worth bought.
Speed to lead measured in seconds
A buyer at eleven at night is answered at eleven at night, qualified there, and booked there. Nothing waits for a queue, a rota or a working day in the right timezone.
Reps in meetings that are already qualified
No discovery call spent asking what the last conversation already answered. The rep opens the record briefed, and spends the half hour on the objection instead.
Activation and renewal watched every week
The stalled setup, the silent connector and the seats nobody invited are found while they are still fixable, rather than explained during the renewal call.
Three differences, one loop
It connects itself
Algomo discovers the endpoints your own pricing, docs and trust pages call. That is why the limit it quotes is the limit the product enforces, rather than a sentence from a datasheet somebody exported in March.
So its actions are real
Because it holds those endpoints and runs in the visitor's own session, it filters the pricing table to their seat count, opens the setting they asked about and starts the trial in the tab they are already in.
And you run it by talking to it
A new enterprise threshold, a competitor you want named carefully, a region that always routes to one rep: say it in plain language and the next conversation follows it.
Never quote a discount. Send anyone asking for one to their account executive.
Done. Discounts now route to the account owner with the thread attached.
Discovery gives it live data. Live data makes qualification honest. Plain-language control keeps the commercial calls yours.
Questions, answered
What it is
**What is a B2B AI agent?**
An agent that meets a buyer on your website, works out who they are before it answers, qualifies them in the conversation rather than on a form, answers the pricing, limit and security questions that stall an evaluation, routes what is not an opportunity somewhere useful, and books the meeting on the right rep's calendar with the whole thread attached. Algomo does that against your live systems rather than describing what they contain.
**How is this different from a chatbot with a lead form in it?**
A form waits for a fill and a script waits for the question it was written for, so both of them lose the buyer who wants a specific answer at eleven at night. Algomo asks and answers instead of waiting, and everything it says about a plan or a limit comes from the same endpoint your own pricing page calls.
Knowing the buyer
**How does it know who is on the site before anybody types?**
It resolves the company from the network the visitor is on and from the domain on their address, reads what your CRM already holds about that account, and adds the pages they read on earlier visits and the ones they are reading now. That is why the opening line can be about the thing that stopped the deal last time rather than a request for a company name.
**What does a qualified lead look like coming out of this?**
Not a score. A record with the criteria, the verdict on each and the sentences the buyer actually said, so a rep can read why it qualified and disagree. A number between one and a hundred hides the reasoning; the reasoning is the part a rep needs.
**What happens to visitors who are not leads?**
They go somewhere better than a sales queue. An existing customer with a broken integration goes to support with the account open and their CSM copied. A two seat buyer goes to a checkout the agent can finish on the page. Somebody reading is left to read. Sending all of them to the same team is how a paying customer ends up waiting behind a prospect.
What it will and will not say
**Will it invent an answer about pricing or limits?**
It answers from the endpoint rather than from a document about the endpoint, and where there is no answer it says there is none and offers a person. A confident wrong answer about a limit is discovered at contract stage, which is the most expensive place to discover it.
**Can it answer security and compliance questions?**
It answers the ones with published answers, and it answers them from the live configuration: the region, the subprocessor list and the date it last changed, the retention setting, whether SSO is on the plan in front of them. What it will not do is complete a questionnaire or sign a DPA. Those get an owner on your side, with everything the reviewer asked attached.
**What about after the deal closes?**
The same agent runs onboarding and activation against the account's own configuration, answers the technical questions that would otherwise sit between support and engineering, and watches for the workspace that went quiet, the connector that failed silently and the seats nobody invited. That work is what the renewal conversation is made of, and it is the work that never gets done because it is never urgent.
Your stack and setup
**How does it decide which rep gets the meeting?**
The same way your team does, from the same data: the account owner in the CRM, then territory, then round robin, then whatever exceptions you have described to it. It offers only times that rep genuinely has free and holds the slot inside the conversation, rather than emailing a link that gets opened on Monday.
**Does it work with Salesforce and HubSpot?**
Yes, both, and it writes rather than just reads: the opportunity, the qualification answers, the pages read, the objection raised and the next step agreed. Every write is a tool you approve one at a time, so an operator who wants it to open opportunities but never change a stage can have exactly that.
**What languages does it work in?**
Whatever language the buyer opens in, and it stays in it for the whole evaluation. On an enterprise deal that routinely means a German security reviewer, a Dutch VP of engineering and an American procurement team against one account, all of them on one record.
**How long does setup take?**
Minutes for the public side, because Algomo finds the endpoints your own pricing, docs and trust pages already call and builds its own tools to use them. You can interrogate it against your live plans before a buyer ever does. Anything a signed-in customer can already see on your site, the agent reads in their own session. Anything only your staff can reach, we connect with you. You build and change it from Claude Code, Codex or any other tool that speaks MCP, the open protocol AI tools use to talk to each other, or from the dashboard.
**What does it cost?**
You pick a monthly amount and it buys credits: a conversation that actually helped someone costs five, one that went nowhere costs nothing, and the amount is the most any one charge can be, so a launch week that triples your traffic does not raise the bill on its own. There is no overage: run out early and you renew early, or wait for the month to turn. Every number is on [this site's pricing page](/pricing).
